This is my life story.
A few months ago starting early this year, I started to feel moody at my own home. Bad thing keeps happening and recurring. I do not know what was wrong in my home. I only know that it getting worst. What else to do . I search the web for clue.
Then, I was lucky as I came to know www.skillon.com which provide do-it-yourself feng shui step by step. First get the age of the house 2. get the facing bearing. That is all. Go the the chart and plot it. But I tell you what I do not quite understand what they means (on the chart) but luckily they provide a "ask master Peter" section" where you can actually ask feng shui questions directly to the master. free of charge.

Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞
Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞 is everythings that got to do with friendships and relationships.
In the term of Feng Shui and during the period of ancient China, Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞 is unlucky as women tend to have many friends from both gender. Just imagine what will happened if an ancient chinese young woman has many friends especially from the opposite sex. And people tends to flirt if under the influence of Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞. During this period, Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞 is of course be considered inauspicious.
However, the role of men and women (especially all the ladies) have changed dramatically. Ladies from one of servitude and repression in ancient China, to one of equality in modern community.
In modern days, everybody need friends especially if you are in the line of marketing and need to see a lot of peoples all from different backgrounds and from different ethnics groups. Work and sleep at Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞 will definitely help. So we can safely say that Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞 is auspsicious.
However, there are still cases that it will be inauspicious for example a married man work from 9am to 5pm, do not need to see clients, I will advised that he does not sleep at Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞. However, if he wants to have more boyfriends as well as girlfriends and has enough Self-Discipline, is no harm to sleep at Six Killings Liu Sha 六煞.
Feng Shui in itself is changing with time.

1st part Flying stars feng shui from www.skillon.com

Flying Star Feng Shui is based on the concept that Feng Shui influences change over time. The stars on the Luo Shu square move according to the Age, Year, Month and Day.
The first step before setting out is to collect some background information.
Step 1 : Identify the period
Time concept
Determine the reigning period based on the year the house was completed and ready for occupation. Each period consists of 20-year span, taking a total of 180 years to complete one full cycle.

- Period 6 - from 5th. Feb. 1964 to 3rd. Feb. 1984
- Period 7 - from 4th. Feb. 1984 to 3rd. Feb. 2004
- Period 8 - from 4th. Feb. 2004 to 3rd. Feb. 2024
- Period 9 - from 4th. Feb. 2024 to 3rd. Feb. 2044
Step 2: Finding the direction of the main door.
Every house or apartment building has a sitting and a facing direction and in most cases, we can intuitively diffrentiate them.
The facing is usually the side with allow the maximum qi energy into your house.How to determine which site allow the most qi energy?
First, you must remember that we all bring in the most qi energy into the house when we walk through the main door.Then, using an accurate compass that the degree of reading standing inside the house facing out at the main door. Take down the direction for example facing 126 degree facing South East. South East is further divided into 3 sections ie. SE1, SE2 and SE3.
Step 3: Birth Chart Configuration
Having established the direction of a building it is facing, we can then measure it more accurately with a Lo Pan and record the direction bearings.On the basis of the Age of the house and its direction it faces , we may now draw up a feng shui chart in the nine square format.Assuming your house was built in the year 1985, that put it in the period of 7. Hence place the number 7 in the centre of the Luo Shu Grid.
The remaining eight numbers are then positioned based on the flight sequence of the Luo Shu diagram. Please refer to flight sequence from article 1 The base chart changes with time.
The small numbers on the left is called Mountain star, it influences human halth and harmony. The mountain star should fall in a solid, high, enclosed and preferably quiet locations such as bedrooms inside a house.
The numbers on the right are called 'water stars' also known as the facing stars and govern wealth and prosperity. These small numbers move in the same pattern as the Lo shu diagram. In general, one should note that a prosperous water star is best found in a mobile, fluid or active location, such as the front entrance, the living room and the open spaces of the building.
The essential item to note is the location of the main entrance, as all good or bad influences come through the front door.Equally essential is the location of the master bedroom which very much affects the health and prosperity of the entire household.
In general there are four types of Fyling Star charts.
- On mountain on water
- Up mountain down water
- Double stars in front
- Double star behind

Fengshui relationships between five elements and human life
Fengshui relationships between the five elements and human life may seem complicated, but they are in fact logical deductions which seems to adhere closely to normal human customs and relationships.
For clarity , a wood based person would have such relationships:
1) wood element is the self ,colleagues , and competition.
2) water element is the mother, resources, support, authority
3) earth element is the wife, father , wealth , money
4) metal element is the son , status, pressure, power
5) fire element is the intelligence , expression
At first glance, it may not be easy to understand why earth symbolises the father of a wood person or why metal is his son.The process is one of logical deduction.
Water represents the mother as it gives birth to wood.
The element which conquers water is earth. Therefore earth is the husband of the mother and hence the father of a wood person.Similarly , a wood person's wife is represented by the earth element as this is conquered by wood. The earth element gives birth to metal , so metal thereby becomes the symbol of the son.
